For senior worker, the company set staff skills assessment each year, to ensure that their skills meet testing requirements; and develop the growth plans from the perspective of continuous improvement.
After 13 years of development, Jieke has cultivated a three-level technical team including the old, the mid-age and the young. The whole team is dynamic, pragmatic and innovative. 50% of staff has the ability to independently undertake technical subjects. Seven people ever participated in the research and development task of technical issues of national industry standard, and national or provinces.
