Inspection process

I, Sample preparation:

1. Sample weight requirements:

Fruits, vegetables and fresh products, cereals 0.5-1.0kg

Animal tissues and products 0.5-1.0kg

Lyophilized product, dehydrated products 0.2-0.4kg

low edible rate food such as Chicken feet, duck feet, flatfish 1.0-2.0kg

Dry powder products 0.2-0.4kg

Liquid sample 0.5-1.0kg

Plastic and paper packaging materials 0.2-0.4kg

2. Sample status should be the same as that in the agreement filled by customers, such as: fresh, frozen, FD products, liquids, food samples may not appear spoilage. Frozen Foods are recommend to use foam box , controlled by dry ice or ice packs during the whole process;

3, packaging intact, sealed without damage, when transferring multiple samples, there is no risk of cross-contamination; samples identity marks are intact and clear.

4. Special requirements:

⑴ If the sample needs multiple projects detection, please separate moisture and microbial projects when sending samples;

⑵ Liquid samples of 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol (BHT) should try to avoid the use of plastic packaging when sending for detection, because plastic packaging can interfere their BH detection.

⑶ Laboratory does not receive original drug sample of pesticides and antibiotics;

⑷Laboratory refuse to accept harmful samples that are radioactive, toxic, and infectious.

III, Fill in entrustment agreement:

Download and complete entrustment agreement (download), and send the agreement with samples by post or directly to the site for filling out.

Report issue adopts methods of picking up at the scene of issuance, the electronic mail or mail,( postage paid by Jieke only under special circumstances)
